Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Due to the collectible and limited nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
- We’ll work with you to resolve it — including replacement or refund if appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If a replacement is sent, we will cover shipping costs.
Custom or signed items
All custom, signed, or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange except in the case of damage or error.
